Only one club now holds a perfect record in Cymru North – new leaders Holywell.
Johnny Haseldin’s side made it four straight wins on Friday night with a one-goal triumph at Holyhead.
The deadlock was broken after just nine minutes, Craig Lindfield applying the finish from a Jamie Breese cross.
Hotspur almost equalised when John Danby saved well from Connor Owen and the follow-up effort struck the post.
Soon after, home keeper Guto Hughes did well to thwart both Lindfield and Ilan Ap Gareth.
Just before the break, Ilan Ap Gareth headed just wide from a corner.
Tom Bibby headed over and Jake Cooke’s strike was tipped over for a corner in the early second half exchanges, while Holyhead’s Cory Williams drilled wide.
There were further chances at both ends, but no more goals and Holywell will have been delighted to claim the points against a determined home side.
Both sides lost their 100 percent records but each remains unbeaten after a hard-fought top of the table clash at the Hollingsworth Group Stadium.
Newtown recovered from two-down to rescue a point with an equaliser deep into injury time.
Airbus had the first chance, a header from in-form George Peers tipped onto the crossbar by Dave Jones.
The Wingmakers took a 10th minute lead after great work by Mason Blackwell-Jones saw him win the ball back and play Jordan Evans in behind. Evans’ shot was saved by Jones, but Peers was on alert to smash into the roof of the net.
Airbus were awarded a penalty shortly after, when Kaiden Cooke was brought down in the area. Peers converted to double the home lead.
That ended the first-half scoring, the hosts going in two-up.
Airbus pressed for a third after the restart, Jordan Evans going close from a free kick and Peers firing wide.
Newtown reduced the deficit with their first chance at goal. A long-range effort from Robbie Evans deflected off Kieran Evans past a wrong-footed Keighan Jones.
The Wingmakers pushed for a third, but met with frustration. Jordan Evans found sub Danny Warren with the goal gaping but somehow the keeper kept the ball out.
Believing it could be their night, Newtown attacked late.
Two minutes into injury time, Keighan Jones pulled off an unbelievable save from point blank range.
Further Robins chances went begging until in the 94th minute Newtown were awarded a free kick, which saw Steffan Jones’ glancing header go in off the far post.
A Daniel Burgess own goal on 44 minutes and a James Smallwood net-finder after 71 were enough to clinch the points for Guilsfield, Hugh Holland with Buckley’s late consolation.
A brace from Matthew Worrall and Bobby Beaumont header sealed victory for a Denbigh side which had fallen behind in the first half.
Mold grabbed an 11th minute lead when Isaac Carey smashed home from range.
Alex almost doubled their total when Tyler Berry found himself on the ball in the box after a quick break but he somehow put his chance wide.
In the 22nd minute Denbigh found themselves back level through Worrall, who linked up with Aidan Higgins before receiving the ball back near the penalty spot and stabbed into the bottom left corner.
Town almost edged ahead when Nathan Brown smashed the ball first time on the turn which goalkeeper Joe Smith had to tip over. From the resulting corner Brown delivered and Worrall’s stooping header made it 2-1.
Denbigh were forced into a change at the break as Worrall was replaced by Brad Barnes.
Mold had the ball in the back of the net just before the hour only for the offside flag to be raised.
Emmanuel Lawal then rattled the crossbar as Alex broke.
With 16 minutes left Town went 3-1 up. Barnes delivered a corner met by Beaumont at the far post, and a two-goal advantage was cemented which the hosts held till the end.
Two late goals from the home side decided a game which had otherwise been a pretty even encounter.
Both teams went into the match at Go Goodwins Stadium unbeaten in the league, but only Llandudno could still claim that honour at the end of the night.
Rhyl’s new goalkeeper Alex Swindell made a great first half save from an Anthony Stephens free kick, while Ben Maher was also not too far away with another dead-ball effort, the same player producing a fine block to deny Rhyl at the other end.
Swindell also performed marvels to thwart Adam Stephens from close range after great work from Harvey Bennett on the wing.
Bennett was foiled by another good Swindell stop before the Go Goodwins faithful got their first sight of 65th minute substitute Dylan Proctor, recently signed from Rhyl.
In the 79th minute another sub provided the breakthrough for Tudno, Mark Cadwallader heading in his fifth goal of the season from a Callum Stephens cross.
The points were sealed in the 91st minute when fine play from Maher set up Bennett to finish at the back post.
