Ruthin marked their return to the Memorial Playing Fields after a 344-day absence in winning style on Wednesday night.
After starting the campaign with three away league defeats, Dave Evans’ side got off the mark at the expense of Penrhyncoch.
Town made the ideal start when Daniel Holland gave them a 10th minute lead, Dan Cox with the assist.
Two minutes later it got better when Llyr Morris found the net, Harry Martin supplying the opening.
It should have been 3-0 after 38 minutes when the hosts were awarded a penalty, but Martin’s kick was saved by Steffan Jones.
Early in the second half, Penrhyn were back in the contest when Rhydian Davies opened their account.
On the hour, however, Ruthin struck again through Morris, Joshua Evans this time with the assist.
Junction went top of the Premier after ending the 100 percent record of near neighbours Mochdre at Swan Road.
Jack Williams struck first for the Railwaymen on seven minutes from a Dave Maddcock assist, but Will Edwards equalised after 39, Aidan Roberts the supplier.
Stephen Bibby set up sub Curtis Cooper to make it 2-1 Junction with 68 gone, but just a minute later the visitors were down to 10 men after Jack Williams was dismissed for a second yellow.
Mochdre failed to make the most of the man advantage and were reduced in numbers themselves on 85 minutes when Charles Lloyd was shown a red card.
And Junction sealed it after 90 when George Roberts bagged their third, Bibby with his second assist.
A first win for Crozzy thanks to an Aiden McBride penalty after 20 minutes and a goal from new signing Mike Chapman on 65.
Ryan Watson pulled one back for the visitors, but the hosts held on for the points.

The nearest either side went to scoring was when Henllan hit the upright.
Quite a game at The Meadows!
Bridge took a two-goal lead through strikes from Jonny Mee on 17 minutes and Robert Lloyd after 23.
Half time arrived with no further score, then early in the second half Sports manager Brian Nickson was ordered from the dugout after a second yellow.
From here, the hosts turned the tables, 16-year-old sub Alfie Griffiths pulling one back with his first senior goal.
Sub Lewis Eyre-Williams made it 2-2 after 72 and then it was time for the Mike Jones Show!
Last season’s league top-scorer netted on 73, 84 (penalty) and 90+5 to seal the win with a trademark hat-trick. Jones also had two penalties saved by Bridge’s young goalkeeper Luke McGuinness.
Two wins out of two for Llandyrnog, Huw Sadler and Alfie Harrison striking in the 53rd and 54th minutes after captain Liam Bowers had edged Rhuddlan ahead on 31.
