AND THERE’S MORE……….

Jonathan Sadler (Llanrug United to Menai Bridge Tigers)

After 10 successive seasons at Llanrug United in which he scored 162 goals in 301 matches across all competitions, the evergreen and prolific 39-year-old Sadler has joined another tier 4 club in Menai Bridge.
Regularly topping 20 goals a season, Sadler has also played for Caernarfon Town, Porthmadog, Caernarfon Wanderers and Llanberis in his career, as well as having an earlier spell with Llanrug, who he rejoined in July 2014.
A very versatile and powerful player, he can operate either in midfield or as a striker.

Morgan Davies (Holyhead Hotspur to CPD Pwllheli)

Eighteen-year-old Morgan is a talented midfielder who played a key role in Holyhead Hotspur’s promotion to Tier 2 last season.
The former Caernarfon Town prospect now joins CPD Pwllheli of Ardal North West.
Pwll manager Carl Jones said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Morgan has signed for Pwllheli. We can’t wait to welcome him – I’m sure he’ll be a fantastic addition to our squad.”
Davies has developed his play through representing Caernarfon Town’s youth and development sides in recent seasons and also featured in several of the first team squads for Cymru Premier matches, making one brief appearance as a substitute.

Connor Roberts (to Caernarfon Town)

Top class goalkeeper who announced his retirement in May, revealing it was linked to mental health problems experienced after the death of his father in June 2023, but has now decided to resume his career with Caernarfon Town.
Roberts began his youth career at hometown club Chirk AAA before joining Tranmere Rovers, then was signed by Everton. Was part of the set up at Goodison Park for three years. Between 2009-11, he featured in development squads at both Under 18 and U21 levels.
Although he signed his first professional contract with Everton in 2011, he never made a first team appearance, having loan spells with Burscough, Colwyn Bay and Fulham before being released from Goodison and transferring to Cheltenham Town in 2012, where he spent two years.
Played briefly for Chester prior to a three-year stint with Bangor City, then joined The New Saints in 2018.
Had loan spells with Llandudno and Aberystwyth Town, but remained on TNS books until the end of 2024-25.
Roberts has made 232 Cymru Premier appearances, including 98 for TNS, where he was a regular in his last three seasons, and 84 in Bangor City colours.
Last season with Saints, he won the treble of Cymru Premier League title, Welsh Cup and Welsh League Cup.
In May 2025 he was called up by Wales manager Craig Bellamy for a training camp in Spain.

James McMinimee (CPD Boded to Menai Bridge Tigers)

Perhaps best known for being part of the star-studded Bodedern Athletic squad which won the North Wales Coast West Premier Division title in 2021-22.
James played 34 games for the Green Army in all competitions that season.
Has also represented Llangefni Town in Ardal North West and last season played for CPD Boded in tier 4.

Billy Bibby (Rhos United to Llandudno Amateurs)

Founding member of North Wales supergroup Catfish and the Bottlemen and now a key performer in Billy Bibby & The Wry Smiles.
That’s his music background, but Billy is also a fine footballer having been part of Rhos United’s rise to prominence in the past couple of seasons.
Played 67 times for Rhos over three seasons, netting 15 goals. Before that was with Penmaenmawr Phoenix.
Now he has switched to Llandudno Amateurs of the North Wales Coast East Premier Division.
The Amateurs’ management said: “Finally after nearly 2 seasons of chasing his signature Billy Bibby is an Amateurs player.. Billy brings technical ability and physicality to the midfield, but also an intelligence with his link up play and runs from the midfield and an eye for goal. We expect Billy to play a massive part in helping us look for success and he is a great addition to an already quality squad.”
Billy said: “Really happy to join Llandudno Amateurs. I’ve had many a battle playing against them and I’ve always admired their style of football on the pitch. They have a mix of strong but also technical players and after playing my first pre-season game with them I felt an immediate connection on the pitch.
“I believe I can bring a positive and motivated attitude to the team and hopefully push them on to a league and cup challenge this season.”
