Nappy news for North Wales football!
Five of our clubs have achieved successful appeals against the FAW’s initial decision to refuse them Tier 2 licences.
Flint Mountain, Prestatyn Town and St Asaph City won their appeals and have been granted an FAW Men’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2025/2026 season.
CPDM Bangor and Berriew also got the thumbs up and now possess an FAW Women’s Tier 2 Club Licence for next season. Berriew are based in Powys, but play in the North Wales women’s football pyramid.
The FAW men’s & women’s Tier 2 Appeals Body met today to consider the appeals as a result of the First Instance Body decisions for Tier 2 Licensing Applications for the 2025/26 season.
