Great news for Caernarfon Town – four top class players have signed new deals

Four of Caernarfon Town’s most impressive players this season have signed extended deals with the club.
Louis Lloyd, Ryan Sears and Morgan Owen have all committed to another two years at The Oval, while Adam Davies has pledged to stay for another 12 months.
All four men have played a big part in the Canaries finishing a joint best-ever fourth in the Cymru Premier and reaching the European play-off semi-finals.
LOUIS LLOYD

Lloyd, 21, was joint golden boot winner in the top flight this season, finishing level on 16 goals with James Crole of Penybont.
Originally from Llandudno, Lloyd recently made headlines with a four-goal haul in Caernarfon’s 5-2 victory over Barry Town United in a European play-off quarter-final.
That boosted his goals tally for 2024-25 to 20.
Lloyd joined the Cofis at the start of 2023-24 and has netted 30 goals in 74 competitive appearances for the club.
He spent his youth football years with Wrexham and Connah’s Quay Nomads before joining Shrewsbury Town in 2020.
Lloyd appeared for The Shrews as a substitute in an EPL Trophy group stage tie before returning to Wrexham in November 2022. He was released by the Dragons at the end of 2022-23 and joined Caernarfon, where he has become a firm fans’ favourite.
His skills, pace and finishing are a joy to watch.
RYAN SEARS

Defender Sears, 26, signed for Caernarfon from Newtown in July 2024 and represented the Canaries in their Europa Conference League ties against Crusaders and Legia Warsaw.
Also formerly with Shrewsbury Town, AFC Telford United and Grimsby Town, Sears had two good seasons at Newtown before his move to The Oval.
Sears has made 35 appearances for Caernarfon to date, proving a class act throughout the 2024-25 campaign.
MORGAN OWEN

Previously with Colwyn Bay, Glan Conwy, Llandudno and Porthmadog, right-back Owen, 24, switched to Caernarfon in January 2024 and continues to improve all the time in a Canaries shirt.
He has featured in 45 matches for Richard Davies’ side and made history by scoring Caernarfon’s first ever European goal, a cracker after just four minutes in a 2-0 win over Northern Ireland’s Crusaders on July 11, 2024.
A hard-working defender with a penchant for joining attacks effectively, Owen has made himself into a first-team regular.
ADAM DAVIES

Davies, 28, is without a doubt one of the classiest all-round strikers in the Cymru Premier.
Formerly with Guilsfield and Aberystwyth Town, Davies made a huge impact as a striker with Airbus UK Broughton in the JD Cymru North in 2021-22, finishing league top-scorer with 30 goals for the title-winners.
After a long spell out with injury, Davies became part of the Airbus side which competed in the Cymru Premier, but managed just four goals in 19 league outings.
Davies signed for Caernarfon at the start of 2023-24 and scored twice on his Cymru Premier debut for the club in a 4-0 victory at Colwyn Bay.
He struck 14 times in 29 CPL matches for Town over the season and also netted in a European play-off semi final 2-0 triumph over Cardiff Met.
This season he notched eight Cymru Premier goals, forming a flourishing strike partnership with Louis Lloyd, and was also on the mark in the 5-2 European play-off success against Barry Town United.
