CPD Y Rhyl 1879 will be crowned tier 3 Ardal North West champions if they win at Llanrwst United on Saturday.
Any other result at Parc Gwydir, and if Holyhead Hotspur are victorious at home to Corwen, the title race goes on.
Rhyl are currently on 65 points from 28 games with a goal difference of +48, while Hotspur have 57 from 27, GD + 52. Each team plays 30 matches.
The battle to finish top now lies between just the Lilywhites and Spurs. Both sides are firm favourites to end up second and compete in a promotion play-off if they do not win the title.
Three Ardal North West matches took place on Wednesday night, Llanrwst winning 1-0 at Llannefydd, St Asaph pipping NFA 1-0, while Trearddur Bay v Felinheli ended 1-1.
