Danny Warren was on the mark twice as Airbus reached the WBS League Cup northern final at the expense of Cymru North title rivals Colwyn Bay.
The Wingmakers will meet either Bangor 1876 or Penrhyncoch, who clash in the other semi tomorrow, in the final.
Mark Allen’s side took a 14th minute lead at the Four Crosses Construction Arena when Jordan Evans’ superb delivery over the top of the Bay backline landed at the feet of Warren, who slotted home.
Evans had a goal ruled out for offside before the Seagulls levelled on 28 minutes when Jamie Cumming smashed a loose ball into the net.
Bay then hit the post and George Peers went desperately close to a second for the visitors as the first half ended 1-1.
Two minutes into the second half, that man Warren struck again with a sublime strike from outside the area – his 22nd goal of the season.
In the 75th minute Airbus went 3-1 up when James Davies got in behind the home defence and steered home clinically for his 15th goal this term.
Craig Lindfield reduced the arrears with an 80th minute top-corner finder, but the Broughton outfit held on for a memorable win.

Saints leapfrogged Nomads into second with an emphatic five-goal success over their rivals at The Quay 3G.
Lewis Wynne (2), Alfred Cartwright and captain Jake Morris were among the scorers for the visitors.

Nothing separating this pair in a Vale of Clwyd derby watched by an impressive crowd of 240 at Central Park.
The nearest either side came to scoring was when Denbigh’s Tomos Salisbury hit the post in the 33rd minute.

Cemaes Bay 4 Glantraeth 0
Cemaes stretched their lead at the Premier summit to eight points, but they have played six games more than second-place Bethesda Athletic, who are in action on Saturday.
Cameron Buckley’s 26th goal of the season and a Dylan Jones strike made it 2-0 at half time.
In the second period, Codie Holland and Luke McGivern added further goals for the hosts.
Talysarn Celts 3 CPD Llanberis 2
A late comeback from Llanberis was not quite enough to earn them a point.
Talysarn took a three-goal lead thanks to a Josh Williams opener and a pair from Luke Baum, who is now on 12 for the season.
That is how it stood until the 84th minute when sub Aeron Williams pulled one back for the Darans.
Fellow replacement Alan Mark Owen made it 3-2 with 93 played, but that was the end of the scoring.
