Eddie and Jack are Cymru North top award winners for February

Great news for Gresford Athletic manager Eddie Maurice-Jones and in-form Flint Mountain star Jack Parry.
The pair have won their respective JD Cymru North Manager of the Month and Player of the Month awards for February 2025.

Eddie Maurice-Jones – Gresford Athletic

February was a very positive month for Gresford Athletic as the side claimed three wins from three in the JD Cymru North.
Eddie Maurice-Jones’ side scored an impressive eight goals with victories over Holywell Town, Llay Welfare and Bangor 1876.
Eddie was re-appointed Gresford first team manager in the summer of 2020 after Richard Capper left the club.
He was also previously first team boss at the club between 2014 and 2016, winning the Welsh National League Premier Division and Welsh National League Premier Division League Cup in his first season at Clappers Lane.
During his four years away from the club, he had spells as manager at Denbigh Town and director of football at the former Rhyl FC.
Over the past three seasons, Gresford have finished 11th, 10th and 10th against under EMJ.
Player of the Month
Jack Parry – Flint Mountain

Teenager Jack Parry enjoyed a superb month for Flint Mountain as he registered five goals in four games, including two in the 3-0 win over Mold Alexandra.
His contribution played a big part in the side remaining undefeated throughout February.
Attacking midfielder Jack signed for Mountain last June.
He joined the club following his release from Crewe Alexandra. The teenager became Aden Shannon’s second signing of the summer as Mountain geared up for their debut Cymru North campaign.
Jack, 19, has scored 12 goals in 22 Cymru North appearances and notched a hat-trick for the table-topping reserve side this season.
