Mynydd Isa 0-2 FC Queen’s Park
Nicky Williams struck twice as Queen’s Park ended Mynydd Isa’s unbeaten record in the Premier Division.
Williams made it six goals in four matches since returning to the Park in November, scoring after 13 and 29 minutes, Sean Humphreys and Curtis Neary with the assists.

Castell Alun Colts 2-3 Greenfield
A good away win for Greenfield thanks to goals from Ethan Evans, Ryan Carrington and sub Evan Davies, Ben Bailey and Alister Belk replying for Casty.

Coedpoeth United 7-1 Gronant
Seven-goal Coedpoeth began their 2025 campaign in ruthless form with an emphatic victory over Gronant.
Curtis Griffiths (3), Adam Lloyd (2) and Oliver Lewis (2) shared the home goals, Lewis Jenner replying for the visitors, whose chairman Sandy Malone recently took over as manager, replacing the departing Dan Sands.

Penyffordd Lions 2-5 Hawarden Rangers
Captain Ellis Jones bagged a hat-trick for Hawarden, whose other goals came from Josh Robertson and Djimitri Carter.
Callum Webber notched both for Lions.

Ruabon Rovers 2-4 Rhostyllen
Adam Williams and Tomos Williams pocketed two goals each for victorious Rhostyllen, Owen Bather and Kyle Evans responding for basement side Ruabon/

CHAMPIONSHIP DIVISION – JANUARY 22

Cefn Druids 2-6 Rhydymwyn
Third-place Rhydymwyn made it 13 wins in 14 league starts by slamming six past Druids.
Just over 10 years ago, these sides were meeting in the tier 2 Cymru Alliance, but much has changed since then with both now rebuilding in the fifth-tier.
Wednesday’s tussle at The Rock saw Kallum Pierce (2), Nathan Williams, Levon Hughes, sub Joseph Jones and Rhys Parry, who also delivered four assists, divide the away goals, Jamie Roberts and Oliver Roberts replying for Cefn, who had their goalkeeper red-carded after 44 minutes.

JANUARY 18

Aston Park Rangers 0-2 Broughton United
Jayden Evans and Jake Jones (pen) sealed the win which ensured Broughton remain six points clear at the summit.

Holywell United 8-1 Bellevue
Kieran Durkin (4), Owen Marley (3) and Tomos Dickinson split the goals for emphatic victors Holywell, Oghenekome Akpomeza with BV’s response.

Johnstown YFC 0-3 Brymbo
Skipper Thomas Potts, Adam Woosey and Matthew Bithell grabbed the goals that mattered for second-place Brymbo.

Overton Recreational 4-1 Yr Wyddgrug
James Roberts, Alex Williams (pen), plus subs Oliver Nelson and Nathan Tombs supplied a goal apiece for winners Overton, Kyle Butlin with a single for the visitors.

Skippy 1-7 Acton FC
Niall Challnor delivered a hat-trick and captain Michael Pugh a double for an Acton outfit which hit seven away to Skippy.
Liam Davies and Alix Godfrey added further goals for the visitors, Steven Davies the home hitman.
