Flockin’ el! Which club is currently the best supported in Welsh domestic football?

Colwyn Bay is the best supported Tier 2 football club in Wales by a country mile. latest figures reveal.

And the Seagulls are so good as flocking them into the 4 Crosses Construction Arena, their average attendance of 693 this season betters all 12 Tier 1 Cymru Premier clubs too.

Welsh football fans platform Football Cymru Community, a popular attraction on X-Twitter. today released average Cymru North and Cymru South attendances for 2024-25 so far.

The top four in the Cymru North all outscore the Cymru South leader: Colwyn Bay 693, Bangor City 1876 494, Llandudno 445 and Denbigh Town 378.

Highest in Cymru South is Trefelin on 365, followed by Afan Lido with 361.

The overall average attendance this season for Cymru North is 272, while for the Cymru South the figure is 204.

What is particularly impressive for Colwyn Bay is the fact they have maintained such outstanding crowd stats despite being relegated from the top flight last season. A loyal fan base most certainly.

In the Cymru Premier, up to now first phase high-flyers Penybont top the support chart on an average 617, while Caernarfon Town are a close second on 608.

Champions The New Saints are 11th out of 12 with an average of 252 at Park Hall, while Connah’s Quay Nomads, who currently operate out of the Essity Stadium, Flint, are bottom on 240.
