Tier 5 club Valley Seniors have a new manager.
He is Clark Thomas, a well-known football figure on Ynys Môn and in the Bangor area.
Clark has coaching experience with currently being manager of the Bangor University seconds team and is undergoing his C licence qualification.
As a player, he has represented Anglesey sides Aberffraw, Menai Bridge Tigers and CPD Boded in recent seasons.
Between 2022-23 and 2023-24, he made 51 appearances for Berffro, netting eight goals.
Clark scored on his tier 3 debut for Menai Bridge Tigers at the start of this season, finding the net in a 4-3 loss to Connah’s Quay Town. After three appearances, he moved on to Boded, playing in six matches up until the end of November.
He is hoping to use his experience and knowledge to take Valley Seniors higher up the North Wales Coast West Division One table for this season and is looking forward to having a full campaign in 2025-26.
Clark’s first away game is next Saturday away to Blaenau Ffestiniog (11th) followed by a home game against Deiniolen on the 18th.
