The number 13 may be unlucky for some, but Bethesda Athletic won’t be feeling that way after scoring that amount of goals in their latest league outing.
Mark N Hughes’ side rattled up a baker’s dozen without reply as they made it eight straight wins and kept a 100 percent record in the North Wales Coast West Premier Division.
Brothers Noa and Osian Hughes both scored four goals apiece. Noa is now on 19 for the season and Osian 18.
Tyler Mapp netted twice, Scott Hughes, Joe Todd and Kyle Hartleb one each. Shaun Lock provided four goal assists.
Bontnewydd 2 CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 0
Sion Jones and Aled Hughes notched the goals which sealed third-place Bontnewydd a home victory over Penrhyndeudraeth.
CPD Boded 2 CPD Nefyn United 2
All-square in al thriller at Cae Ty Cristion.
Tomi Evans’ fourth-minute goal gave Nefyn a half-time lead.
Casey Boylan made it 1-1 on 67 and Chris Jones added another for Boded from a Boylan assist after 72,
In the 77th minute, both Boylan and Llyr Williams of Nefyn were shown red cards.
The Penwaig rescued a point when Evans equalised on 82.
Glantraeth 1 Cemaes Bay 2
Second-place Cemaes made it six wins out of nine starts with a dramatic late snatch at Glantraeth.
Centre back Rhys Lloyd scored his fourth goal of the season just before the break to put Bay 1-0 up.
It looked as though former Bay attacker Rhys Thomas had rescued a point for the home team five minutes from time.
But it wasn’t to be as up stepped substitute Sam Hall with his first Cemaes goal and a last-gasp winner to secure another three points.

Tomos Saynor’s 90th minute goal from a Peter Mansoor assist clinched the spoils for Llanberis at Ffordd Padarn.
Tomos Usher had handed Talysarn an 11th minute lead which they held until new signing from Llanrug, Alan Mark Owen, levelled with 43 on the clock.

First half goals from Arden Gisbourne, Mark Jones and Callum Roberts were enough to bag the spoils for Llannerchymedd, Gareth Hughes and Marcus Rowlands replying for the visitors.

Rhys Roberts (2), Ally Issa and Chris Byast shared the goals which delivered three points for Amlwch, Llion Hughes netting both for Rangers, who had Dion Jones red-carded on 89.
Bethesda Rovers 2 Llangoed & District 2
All the goals arrived in the first half at Penrhiw, Leon Owen and a Charlie McKenna own goal making up the Bethesda score, Muhammad Shuaib and McKenna ensuring Llangoed finished level.

Calum Thomas scored the only goal of the match to clinch Gaerwen the points.
Thomas struck in the 42nd minute from a Dylan Jones assist.

Leaders Blaenau scored three times in the first half to bank another victory.
Joe Dukes-Morgan, Gethin Roberts and Iwan Jones netted the all-important Quarrymen goals.
Llanfairpwll 2 Caergybi 3
Hat-trick hero Louis Chapman’s 91st minute penalty clinched a late triumph for Caergybi at Maes Eilian.
Chapman had earlier found the net on 21 and 44 minutes, Anthony Williams (pen) and Gethin Jones, with an 84th minute equaliser, ensuring Llanfair went close to gaining a point.
