Welsh Cup qualifying round two draw – another huge test for giant-killers Gaerwen
2024-25 JD WELSH CUP SECOND QUALIFYING ROUND DRAW
Giant-killers Gaerwen will be aiming to repeat their memorable victory over Llanfair United when they visit another Tier 3 side, Rhos Aelwyd, in the second qualifying round of the 2024-25 Welsh Cup.
The Tier 5 Anglesey heroes beat Ardal North East side Llanfair on penalties in the first qualifying round last Saturday and will face the same scenario next month away to ANE Wrexham-area outfit Rhos.
The draw was made on Wednesday night for the national knockout second qualifying round, split into North and South sections.
Ties will be played across the weekend of 23-24 August.
