Peter Jones led the charge with a season’s best 88 not out as Bangor seconds comfortably saw off Corwen at Ty Newydd.
Jones’ superb effort came off 76 balls and included 11 fours, forming a major part of the Citizens’ total of 200-6 off 40 overs.
Liam McCann added 35 and shared in a stand of 71 for the third wicket with Jones.
Corwen were limited to 124-8 off their overs quota, Steff Lloyd best with 47, while Bangor veteran Gareth Edwards returned tremendous figures of 4-9 off eight, Ollie Dawson 2-20.
Skipper Sam Shoemark hit an impressive 81 in leaders Marchwiel and Wrexham’s six-wicket success at Bersham.

Bridge seconds’ total of 174-8 off 40 overs proved enough for victory, Cefyn Owen (47) and Andrew Wannop (30) the leading contributors, Dylan Honey grabbing 3-25, Nathan Humphreys 2-13 and Jack Honey 2-22 for Llay.
In response, the Wrexham area side were dismissed for 145, Humphreys 37, David Wright 33, David Owen 3-34 and Phil Smith 2-18 for the islanders, who collected the points 12-3 after a 29-run win.
Finlay Jones cracked a crucial 66 not out in Mochdre seconds’ crushing eight-wicket triumph at Alder Meadow.
After opting to bat, Pont were restricted to 141-8, skipper Dave Evans with another fine knock of 51, Jones 3-28 for the travellers.
Mochdre made it to 143-2 in just 27.3, Jones’ unbeaten 66 comprising seven fours and two sixes and sharing in an unbroken third-wicket combination of 60 with Owen Opie (34 no).

Fifteen-year-old Harri Adams produced a great performance with bat and ball as Pwllheli outplayed a useful Hawarden Park seconds outfit at Parc Bodegroes.
