Caernarfon Town will be the 10th Cymru Premier club from North Wales to compete in Europe – how have the others fared?

Caernarfon Town are heading for Europe

Caernarfon Town will become the 10th Cymru Premier club from North Wales to compete in Europe this summer.

The Canaries clinched a Euro place for the first time in their history when they beat Penybont 3-1 in Saturday’s play-off final in front of 1,960 at The Oval.

Town now enter the Europa Conference League and will play their home game (s) at The New Saints’ Park Hall ground.

Caernarfon Town follows in the footsteps of the former Bangor City, Cefn Druids, Conwy United (now Borough) and Rhyl FC, plus Bala Town, Airbus, Connah’s Quay Nomads, Prestatyn Town and Llandudno as a North Wales club representing our national league in Europe.
