After back-to-back league defeats Nantlle returned to winning ways with a three-goal triumph at Y Morfa on Wednesday night.
Jamie Jones broke the deadlock on 10 minutes from an Aled Williams assist before Cian Pritchard doubled the lead from the penalty spot just before the half-hour.
With Conwy unable to build on recent good performance, Vale remained in control in the second half and bagged a third goal through captain Ashley Owen, who notched his 16th of the season via a Sion Williams assist.
Flint Mountain 2 CPD Llannefydd 0
Second half goals from Lloyd Ellams and Andy Brown booked a sixth victory in seven league starts for Mountain, who remain in fourth place, 14 points behind leaders CPD Y Rhyl 1879 but with five games in hand.
The home side created plenty of first-half chances, hitting the woodwork twice, but come the interval it remained 0-0.
The pressure paid off after the break when on 62 minutes Ellams curled an effort that hit the underside of the crossbar and the ball bounced just over the line.
In the 76th minute Chris Li crossed into the box, Llannefydd keeper Dylan Jones failed to get much purchase on a punch and the ball fell to Brown, who swivelled and struck low into the net.

First met third at Cae Baker and both sides had to settle for a point.
Ryan Evans handed Bow Street a sixth-minute lead, but a net-finder on 48 from Dion Phillips levelled the match.
A good crowd of 435 were in attendance to see table-toppers Penrhyn extend their advantage to nine points over Radnor Valley in second.

Rhos catapulted themselves out of the bottom three and up to ninth spot with a three-goal triumph at Maesydre.
Evan Woodall struck first on 19 minutes from a Declan Molyyneux assist. Woodall then turned provider as Aled Parry made it two after 25.
Sub Evan Davies made sure of the points with an 86th minute third.

For the second time this season these island rivals shared a 1-1 draw.
Dylan Summers-Jones nudged Hotsput in front in the 19th minute. Sion Phillips lifted a great ball over the Cefni defence and Summers-Jones capitalised on defensive indecision to round keeper Steve Sinclair and claim his 15th goal this term.
Sinclair was perhaps fortunate to escape with a yellow when he brought down an opponent who appeared to be through on goal.
Llangefni hit back just before half time with a great effort from Osian Jones.
Two fabulous stops from Sinclair in the second half denied Holyhead a winner.
Jack Walsh was man of the match for the visitors after an all-action midfield display.
