Bob Brodie Trophy – golden boot chasers Kaine Bentley and Tom Wood in dynamic form

Asa Thomas reached a quarter century of goals for the season in his team Trearddur Bay’s latest win.
Thomas was on target once as Bay defeated Nefyn United 3-0 to maintain their 100% record in North Wales Coast West Division One.
Although Asa still leads the Bob Brodie Trophy for 2023-24, Gwalchmai’s Kaine Bentley moved to within four goals of the table-topper with a hat-trick in his team’s 4-2 beating of Aberffraw.
And up to third is Cemaes Bay’s Tom Wood, now on 19 after netting all four goals in his side’s 4-0 success over Llannerchymedd.
Named after a well-known footballer and manager from Holyhead via Glasgow who sadly passed away in 2011, the Bob Brodie rewards the leading netfinder on Ynys Môn every season.
