Tough draws for North Wales clubs in Genero Adran Trophy last 16

Llandudno (light blue) takes on Swansea City in last season’s Genero Adran Trophy

Llandudno will be out to repeat one of their most famous victories when they meet a Welsh women’s football giant in the next round of the Genero Adran Trophy.

The Seasiders have landed a home tie against Swansea City in the last 16 of the national competition.

In November 2022, Tudno claimed a first-ever win over one of Wales’ big guns when they defeated Swansea 2-1 at the Llandarcy Academy of Sport, Indie Hassall and Kelsey Davies with the goals.

The Genero Adran North side will have home advantage against the Adran Premier outfit when the teams meet at the OPS Wind Arena, Maesdu Park, on December 3.

Wrexham have been drawn at home to Briton Ferry Llansawel in a repeat of last season’s Ardan Premier play-off final, which Steve Dale’s side won 1-0.

Genero Adran North leaders Connah’s Quay Nomads will also be the home side in their meeting with Aberystwyth Town of the Adran Premier.

CPDM Y Felinheli will aim for a giant-killing when they host Adran Premier hopefuls Barry Town United at Cae Seilo.

Meanwhile, CPD Y Rhyl 1879 must make the testing trip to Park Hall to meet top-flight team The New Saints.
