Ardal Northern: East – best win of season for Albion; West – Parry hits double in Llanrwst triumph

ARDAL NORTH EAST

Penrhyncoch 0 Cefn Albion 2
One of Albion’s best performances of the season saw them rise to fourth in Ardal North East with a two-goal success over a strong Penrhyncoch outfit which has led the league in various early stages of the campaign.
The in-form Josh Astley opened the scoring for Neil Ashton’s side, marking his third goal in as many games.
Torne Samuels followed up with a fantastic chip, sealing three huge points for the Wrexham-area visitors.
Despite Dion Gibbins receiving a straight red card after 68 minutes, the team showcased resilience, maintaining a clean sheet and successfully closing out the game.
A significant 3 points and an exceptional display against a strong opponent.
ARDAL NORTH WEST

Brickfield Rangers 3 Holyhead Hotspur 2
Rangers fought back from 2-1 down at half time to take all three points in the second period.
Daniel Cabral gave the home side a third-minute lead, but Kenleigh Owen levelled on 31 before adding his second in overtime via a Dylan Summers-Jones assist.
Two minutes into the second half, Jay Richardson put the Wrexham side back on level terms, Andy Vale helping set him up.
The winner came on 70 minutes, Richardson returning the compliment by assisting Vale to nab the deciding goal – his fifth of the season.
Llanrwst United 3 Flint Mountain 2
Callum Parry was on the mark twice as third-place Llanrwst stretched their unbeaten streak to nine matches with a tremendous win over Flint Mountain at Gwydir Park.
Parry continues to be one of the most dynamic net-finders around at Tier 3 level, his double last Saturday putting him on 16 goals in 11 games this term.
Rob Hughes, a recent signing from Caernarfon Town, struck first for Mountain on 24 minutes from a direct free kick, but Parry equalised on 39 with a header from a Joel Jones cross to make it one-apiece at half time.
Leon Doran gave United the lead in the 63rd minute and Parry made it 3-1 after 78.
Mike Hayes pulled one back for the visitors in added time, but this was Llanrwst’s day.
