Aberystwyth Town 1 (Lewis 45+1)

More than 1,000 supporters witnessed Colwyn Bay make it back-to-back Cymru Premier League wins at the Four Crosses Construction Arena on Friday night.

A crowd of 1,003 saw some fantastic goals scored as the Seagulls debut top-flight campaign continues to take off.

The Bay made a good start and were ahead inside 12 minutes when Tom Creamer, from a quickly taken free kick via the left, rifled in another spectacular strike from 25 yards.

It should have been 2-0 when Aber keeper Sam Green completely missed a bouncing through ball, Jamie Cumming passed on to Udoyen Akpan who faced an open goal but his deflected shot hit the post.

In the 27th minute the hosts did double their lead when a precision Cumming pass picked out Dan Jones, who drilled in a lovely finish.

A cross-come-shot from Danny Holmes hit the woodwork before Aber halved the deficit in first half added time, Iwan Lewis being given ample space to lash in a fierce right foot strike from long range.

Four minutes into the second half it was 3-1 when man of the match Akpan controlled a cross from the left and struck a shot with the outside of his right foot which the keeper got a hand to, but could not stop the ball crossing the line before clawing it away at the second attempt.
