NEWFA MEN’S SENIOR CHALLENGE CUP
Caerwys 1 Rhostyllen 3
Substitute William Roberts was on target twice as Rhostyllen advanced to the next round of the Challenge Cup.
All the goals came in the second half, Caerwys striking first on 63 minutes through Scott Nelson.
Tom Douglas made it 1-1 two minutes later, sub Roberts, who came on with 55 on the clock, providing the assist.
Roberts converted a penalty on 71 and added a decisive third after 84.
Connah’s Quay Town 2 FC Queen’s Park 0
Andy Jones and Lee Butterworth notched the second half goals which ensured Queen’s Park’s losing sequence stretched to three matches.
Sub Jones broke through on the hour and defender Butterworth doubled the lead on 74 minutes.
FC Plas Madoc 3 Mynydd Isa 0
Craig Roberts bagged a double for victorious Madoc at The Muga in Wrexham.
Roberts put the hosts one-up after just eight minutes and Ramone Nelson added number two on 27.
The issue was totally settled when a Roberts penalty on 78 made it 3-0.

DIVISION ONE
Bow FC 5 Prestatyn Wanderers 1
Sharp arrows Bow made it three wins in a row in which they have amassed a total of 20 goals.
Tom Fleming gave Wanderers a surprise early lead, but Stephen Middleman levelled just a minute later from an Ashley Seddon assist.
Robbie Parry made it 2-1 on 38 minutes, Aaron Boyle playing a part in the goal.
Three goals in the last 15 needed secured it for Bow, Parry, Seddon and substitute Zak Johnson all on target.
CPD Henllan 7 Rhyl Dragons 5
Lewis Roberts, Matthew Parsonage and George Pierce all netted two goals apiece for Henllan, while Harry Payne added a single in a 7-5 victory.
Kev Gorry, Romanian newcomer Leontin Marius Rizea, a Dominic Griffin-Chamberlain own goal, plus further net-finders from Adam Cassidy and Dardan Hoxha made up the away tally.
Dragons manager Paul Maxwell had to select himself due to low numbers and he came on for the last 15 minutes.

Captain Kyle Johnson, Mike Chapman, Azz Rogers (2) and substitute Robin Roberts shared the goals for a dominant Amateurs at The Oval.
Rhyl All Stars 0 CPD Caer Clwyd 5
Nathan Bridges scored the only goal of the first half for Caer Clwyd who rubbed-stamped their victory with four late strikes.
Shaun Edwards made it 2-0 on 73 minutes, then Julian Watson, sub Ryan Fleming and Owain Jones added further away goals.
