Who was top goalscorer in the North Wales Women’s Football League this season?

Well, it was a close-run thing, but at the head of the chart after the final game of 2022-23 was Llangefni Town’s Jen Cox with 28 goals.

A burst of goals towards the end of the campaign saw Cox overhaul long-time leader Stevie Donougher of champions CPD Merched Bangor, with a hat-trick in Cefni’s last encounter at Llanfairfechan clinching the golden boot.

Third in the list was Sade Benjamin of NFA, who had a fantastic season with 25 goals and the same amount of assists. She also became the first player to reach 50 goals for her club during the season.
