Casey Bedford is in the Wales boys under-15/16 squad. He is an opening bowler and middle order batsman who has progressed through the Welsh age group squads.
Casey attends Ysgol John Bright in Llandudno. He has played for Llandudno 1st and 2nd XI’s in the North Wales Cricket League.
Shana Kelly has been selected for the Wales girls under-15’s. She is a leg spin bowler and middle order batter and was top wicket taker for the 15’s squad last year.
Shana has represented Wales at the other junior levels also. She attends Ysgol Aberconwy in Conwy and also plays for Llandudno 2nds and 3rds senior teams and Hawarden CC Ladies.
Finally, Carys Lambe is the newest selection for the club. Carys is in the Wales girls under-13 squad. This will be her first year of national selection. Like Shana, she is a leg spin bowler and a middle order bat.
Carys has played for the club’s third team and also plays her ladies and girls cricket at Chester Boughton Hall. The talented youngster attends Ysgol Eirias in Colwyn Bay.
All three players also represent North Wales in the Pathway programme.
