All Stars recovered from going a goal down to take maximum points at The Oval, Llandudno.
Tyler Donnelly and Luke Bradshaw (penalty) provided the match-winning strikes for Robert Cunnah’s side.
These teams had drawn 3-3 in Rhyl back in August.
Saturday’s winning manager Cunnah said: “I was extremely pleased with the performance, we dominated the majority of possession in both halves.
“Bay’s best opportunities came from their set plays. A few of them definitely looked dangerous and one led to their goal.
“The first half, despite all the possession, we just didn’t get enough shots on goal, despite being in the areas to shoot, so that was something we addressed at half time. We’d only tested the Bay keeper on the one occasion, we just needed to pull the trigger earlier.”
Cunnah added: “The second half we set out exactly how we played the first, we were dominant in all areas of the pitch. I was delighted with how we were playing, but then one of those dangerous throws led to them taking the lead.
“I couldn’t have asked for a better response following the goal really. Luke (Bradshaw) and Owen (Hughes) came on and were solid, Owen caused havoc down that right side once he came on.
“Tyler’s finish for the goal was excellent, but he should have had 5 or 6 easily, but pleased to see he carried on his good scoring form, that’s 3 in 4 now since signing.
“Elliot (Maitland-Price) was absolutely fantastic. It was his first start and he just radiated confidence. His footwork was causing all sorts of trouble, and eventually won us a penalty.
“Luke again excellent from the spot, second time in recent weeks now. He’s the coolest man on the pitch in those situations.”
Also heaping praise on the defence, Cunnah concluded: “The team was just fantastic together, everyone did their jobs all over the pitch.”
In the first half, Donnelly was through on goal, but his effort was excellently saved by keeper Bernardas Subkovas. Shaun Davies also went close for the visitors.
The second half was more of the same, the greens with the majority of the possession and creating some excellent chances, many via the tidy footwork of Elliot Maitland-Price.
Despite how well they had started the second period, All Stars fell behind on 59 minutes.
One of Penrhyn’s long throw-ins that were beginning to look dangerous paid off as a goal-line scramble led to Edward Ivanian scoring..
Cunnah made a few changes and the fresh legs were a breath of fresh air, adding additional fuel to the attacks.
Finally in the 67th minute Maitland-Price picked the ball up on the halfway line and released Donnelly, who calmly slotted into the bottom right.
All Stars were now on top. Maitland-Price was taken down in the penalty area and substitute Bradshaw put the resulting kick away to win the match.
Ruthless Abergele romped to a 6-0 win away at Henllan.
Gele raced into a 3-0 lead inside the opening 10 minutes. Henllan struggled to defend Greg Hilditch long throws, one was turned in by home defender Elliot Smith, with Kieran Holland and Liam Roberts also adding to the scoreline.
Another own goal from Henllan via Sam Davies after some good play out wide from Sam Ashton on 15 minutes made it 4-0.
In the second half, another dangerous set-piece resulted in another own goal, this time Wil Clayton the culprit, before James Lloyd rounded off the scoring with a bullet header.
NWCFA Junior Cup finalists Amateurs sit a handy third place in Division One, seven points behind leaders Abergele with a game in hand.
A dominant in possession Amateurs picked up the points on Saturday, but were frustrated for most of the game by a Llysfaen side that defended in numbers and were resilient.
The first half saw the hosts in control throughout but only found themselves 2-0 up at half time, the opener coming through a Callum Ellis own goal after great running and a cross from Morgan Davies.
Amateurs made it two before the break through the excellent Azz Rogers. A Jamie Seager cross led to an attempted overhead kick from Joe Jones falling to the feet of Rogers, who calmly finished.
A change in formation at half time for the Amateurs started well. They tried to use the wings as much as possible, superb running by Morgan Davies in behind the full back producing chances.
Davies was fouled in the penalty area, up stepped Chris Smyth to make it three from the spot.
Llysfaen now started to come out and play, which unsettled the Amateurs due to the formation change.
Emlyn Robert Jones’ side were awarded a penalty of their own after a challenge from McKenzie Slaven which Tom Collier converted.
The Amateurs made changes and reverted to their starting formation to get control of the ball once again and were soon back on top.
Substitute Gez Thomas broke down the left and forced a good save from 17-year-old keeper Ben Williams, but the ball fell into the path of Joe Jones who made it 4-1.
Great result for NFA with a double from Owen Jones leading the way.
Jones struck on 25 and 47 minutes before Ryan Williams completed the scoring on 61.
Substitute Craig Lavery delivered a pair for Clwyd, whose goalkeeper John Wood was in superb form.
A second-minute Dale Lewis own goal handed the visitors the lead, but the in-form Colin Sargerson equalised on 40.
Sub Elis Davies edged the away side 2-1 up before Lavery’s brace, plus a goal in between from new signing from Llannefydd, Morgan Jones, stretched the lead to 5-1.
Macca Lewis replied for Dragons, the scorer having also provided the assist for Sargerson’s goal.
Cernyw recovered from 3-0 down to force a draw in a game where both sides ended up with 10 men.
James Cairns struck twice in the first half for Meliden, then on 54 minutes Joe Roberts put the visitors three-up.
Two goals in a minute just past the hour from substitutes Osian Roberts and Sam Hawkins put Bro right back in it.
Cai Price levelled from the penalty spot on 87, then came added time red cards for Cernyw’s William Hughes and Cairns of Meliden.
Tomos Jones and a 90th minute clincher from Ilan Roberts clinched Cerrig the spoils over the basement team.
Off-the-boil visitors Llannefydd dropped more points in their title quest.
The returning Jack Davies gave the away side a 19th minute lead and things looked more difficult for Bay when Ryan Roberts was red-carded on 45.
However, Anthony Jones got a 75th minute equaliser for the 10-men and 1-1 it stayed.
Despite finishing with nine men, Llansannan took maximum points from the Flyover Ground.
Adam Gage did the damage with goals on 17 and 23 minutes for the visitors.
Mathew Jones hit back with a 67th minute penalty for the Railwaymen, but although they had Dafydd Owen (68) and Leon Gierke (83) sent off, Llansannan clung on for the win.
Jamie Baker’s double on 13 and 38 minutes ensured Llanfairfechan upset the odds by beating title hopefuls Sports.
Mike Jones equalised for the visitors on 16 minutes, but it was not enough to stave off defeat for the Prestatyn side, who had Shane Middleman red-carded after 58.
Mochdre were victorious in difficult conditions in what was a tight fought game for 80 minutes.
With 10 minutes left, the hosts were just one-up.
Set pieces were the deciding factor with Sports scoring from two corners and two free kicks.
Rees Brown netted on 39 minutes, then a late flourish saw Gareth Jones, Kai Davies and Scott Brown on target.
Llandyrnog were awarded a 90th minute penalty, Sean James’ kick was saved by Nic Bould low down to his left and with Mochdre counter-attacking quickly, the final goal of the day saw Owen Woodfield slotting home from close range after some good work from Scott Roberts.
Two Ricky Jones penalties and an Alfie Caldecott finish delivered three cracking points for Phoenix.
Josh Parry and Ben Smith hit back for the visitors.
It was certainly leaders St Asaph’s day with none of the other top-five clubs managing a victory.
Saints went 11 points clear with a pasting of Blaenau,
Simon Fawcett, Daniel Williams (2), Ray Knight (2), Liam Grayson, a Dion Williams own goal, James Williams and Ellis Blench made up the goal-fest at Roe Plas Meadows.
