Menai Bridge players among those making a mark in the Bob Brodie Goalscorers Trophy 2022-23

Asa Thomas of Trearddur Bay is still the only player in the 2022-23 Bob Brodie Trophy standings to reach 20 goals.
The on-fire marksman recently passed the 600 goals mark for his career.
The Bob Brodie Trophy, named after the much-missed former Anglesey player and manager, is competed for each season and recognises the top goal scorer in senior football on Ynys Môn.
One club making interesting waves in the chart is Menai Bridge Tigers.
Lewis Clayton is certainly one of the island’s in-form strikers with 13 goals to date, while Callum Davidson is up to nine and Callum Thomas has seven.
Two other goal-getters are really standing out.
Teenager Connor Owen remains remarkably consistent for Gwalchmai with 18 goals so far, while despite CPD Cefni having a mixed set of results, their front man Jamie Lee Patterson has regularly found the net, registering 12 times.
