Ambitious Bow FC sign another top talent from a higher level of the North Wales pyramid

Ambitious Bow FC have added another higher-tier talent to their impressive squad.
Charlie Jones, 26, has signed for the Prestatyn-based tier 5 North Wales Coast East Division One club from T2 Conwy Borough.
Jones follows in the footsteps of Tom Weir, who switched to Bow from Gresford Athletic last month and has made a highly impressive start, scoring four goals in his first three matches.
Newest capture Jones has played in 12 matches for Cymru North club Conwy this season.
He joins Bow just in time for this weekend’s clash against Rhyl Dragons and is seen as perhaps the final piece in the jigsaw for the Prestatyn club’s promotion push.
Bow manager James Benbow said: “Charlie is a player we have admired for some time. He is a player with vast experience and can bring a lot of quality to the team.
“Signing Charlie from Conway Borough and Tom Weir from Gresford shows the ambition we have as a club and where we would like to be.
“After outlining our plans to both players and explaining our ambitions, both players seemed very interested in the direction we are aiming. A big thank you to Prestatyn Town Football Club, who have given us the opportunity to pitch share, which potentially allows us to meet the criteria for promotion into tier four.”
Charlie Jones commented: “With being a newly formed team, Bow already has a good set of players who are already pushing for promotion and have big plans for the seasons ahead that I want to be a part of.
“I’m looking forward to making my debut and hopefully getting some silverware with my new club.”
