Will it be an all North Wales final in the “Natty”?

We remain on course for an all-North Wales final in the Nathaniel MG Cup!

In today’s semi-final draw, Bala Town landed a home tie against Cardiff Met, while holders Connah’s Quay Nomads learned they will be hosting Taffs Well at Deeside Stadium.

The draw – which was non-regionalised for the first time this season – was made by Nathaniel Car Sales’ managing director Wayne Griffiths at Nathaniel Cars in Bridgend.

Nomads will entertain the only second tier club left in the competition in Taffs Well, while last year’s beaten finalists Met travel to fellow Cymru Premier side Bala.

The ties will take place over the weekend of 26th-27th November.

Official dates and kick-off times will be confirmed in due course.

However, be on alert just in case we get another twist in this season’s “Natty”.

Numerous clubs have been expelled from this season’s competition for breaking Cymru Premier Rule 13, which relates to the use of youth substitutes.

Flint Town United, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Abergavenny Town and Briton Ferry Llansawel are among those to be kicked out, while Llantwit Major, Mold Alexandra and Prestatyn Town were found proven of breaching the same rule, but those clubs were beaten in the first round.
