Curt Griffiths’ well-taken 49th minute goal was enough to secure Albion the three points that puts them top of Ardal North East.
In a hard-fought game which saw Llanuwchllyn’s Garmon Hafal red carded midway through the second half, Cefn were impressed by the debut of new signing Luke Griffin from Airbus.
A great outcome for Rhos made it four wins in five for them at the expense of one of the teams expected to challenge for the title.
Caersws took an eighth-minute lead through Luke Mumford, but the Aelwyd battled back and only awry finishing meant they were still behind at the break.
Rhos came out for the second half firing, and four minutes in got a deserved goal through Daniel Roberts, who applied a calm left-footed finish from distance.
This spurred the Aelwyd on and Tom Smith’s fantastic through ball to James Rumsey led to Bluebirds keeper Jack Perry bringing the home player down, resulting in a penalty.
Smith netted from the spot on 56 minutes and Perry was sent off for a second yellow.
Caersws pressed for an equaliser late on and but some fantastic defending from the Aelwyd, including a last-ditch tackle from Sam Baldam ensured a home win.

While Corwen still await their first win of the season, Bow Street are flying with a 100 percent record of four straight victories.
Danger man striker Sion Ewart missed a couple of opportunities for the visitors before the deadlock was broken in the 43rd minute.
Bow took a free kick from near halfway which was played to Ewart, who passed on for Ryan Evans and he put the ball into the back of the net, with Corwen’s offside claims falling on deaf ears.
The hosts looked to level from a corner in the first minute of stoppage time, but they lost the ball, sparking a counter attack.
Ben Davies launched forward to Ewart, who ran the length of the Corwen half before rounding oncoming goalkeeper Nathan Aldridge, seeing his shot run along the goal-line and go in via the far post to double his side’s lead.
Half-time: 0-2
The hosts looked to get back into the game as Matthew Pleavin won the ball on halfway, found Kian Harrison who fed Morgan Daykin, but his attempt from the edge of the box went narrowly wide.
A Bow corner found its way to the feet of Llyr Davies, whose resulting shot clipped the far post.
Daykin missed a good opportunity before three minutes from time, Kieran Smith headed in a Henry Evans corner to give Corwen late hope.
And Henry Evans so nearly levelled it, curling an effort narrowly and agonisingly wide of the post.
Goals from Jack Jones, Ben Jones and George Mitten (penalty) secured Llanfair a win, Stuart Williams and Rob Nicholls replying for Llandrindod in a match which stood 2-2 at half time.
Richard Litchfield’s first-half hat-trick established a winning lead for Welshpool, Joshua Lenc having opened the scoring for the visitors.
A Sam Evans own goal and Benjamin Wilson strike provided Llangollen’s responses.
Oliver Woods (2), Lyndon Jones and William Cleaton notched the second-half goals which booked a comfortable win for Builth, who had Ryan Powell sent off five minutes from time for a second yellow card.
Joseph Evans hit back via the penalty spot for Llanrhaeadr. It was 0-0 at half time.
Sion Herman’s double put Rhayader in a strong position, but net-finders from Iwan Jones and Rob Evans on 88 minutes salvaged a point for Dolgellau.
