Amlwch boss the headlines on interesting night in North Wales Coast West Premier

ERYRI CONSULTING NORTH WALES COAST WEST PREMIER DIVISION REPORTS – AUGUST 23
Amlwch Town 1 Gwalchmai 0
One of the surprises of the season so far saw Premier leaders Gwalchmai lose their 100 percent record at Lon Bach.
In front of a big crowd, a cool second half finish by Rhys Roberts ensured Amlwch took all three points.
The visitors, who had won four out of four, battled until the end, but could not find a way past Town’s dogged defence.
Bethesda Athletic 3 Llanrug United 2

An 86th minute goal from Osian Puw proved key in helping Bethesda clinch three points against Llanrug at Parc Meurig.
Shaun Roberts put the visitors into a ninth-minute lead, but Noa Hughes levelled on 16 and Joe Todd nudged Pesda in front after 31.
It stayed at 2-1 until four minutes from time, when an attempted clearance by United’s Matthew Roberts went in off the head of youngster Puw.
Carl Griffiths pulled one back for ‘Rug two minutes into added time, but it came too late to affect the result.
Glantraeth 3 CPD Llanberis 3
Dion Evans, Dylan Williams (penalty) and a 66th minute equaliser from Gethin Davies ensured Glantraeth took a point.
A Paul Bryant own goal, plus Marcus Orlik’s double had put Llanberis 2-0 and 3-2 ahead at different stages.
CPD Penrhyndeudraeth 1 Talysarn Celts 3
Talysarn’s excellent early-season run continued, goals from Luke Baum, Glyn Hughes-Thomas and a Jac Pearce Jones penalty booking them the points at Maes-y-Parc.
Tom Hughes responded for Penrhyn, who are currently seeking a new manager.
CPD Pentraeth 1 CPD Llannerchymedd 1
A welcome first point of the season for bottom side Pentraeth, who led through Ashley Davies’ 77th minute opener before David Ricky Jones equalised on 86.
Llannerchymedd’s Ben Hughes was sent off for a second yellow card after 88 minutes.
CPD Pwllheli 1 CPD Nefyn United 0
Carl Jones was the toast of Pwllheli after scoring the 74th minute goal which sank his former club Nefyn at Recreation Road.
