Sean Eardley’s side went top of tier 2 Cymru North after an emphatic win over Druids at Maesdu Park tonight.
Goals from Joe Chaplin, Marc Williams and two Shaun Cavanagh penalties ensured the unbeaten Seasiders made it 10 points out of a possible 12.
Manager Eardley said: “I thought the lads were brilliant.
“A clean sheet and three points against a very good side in Druids, they’ve got a lot of young lads who show no fear, so I’ve got to be happy with that (result).”
Cefn suffered an early blow when midfielder Ben Maher was stretchered off after just four minutes.
Sam Jones forced a fine stop from Ancients keeper Michael Jones before Chaplin edged the hosts in front on 22 minutes.
Druids responded well and only a great save from Shaun Pearson close to half time denied the visitors an equaliser.
An injury to Ross Weaver in added time added to the Wrexham side’s headaches.
It remained 1-0 until the 64th minute when Tudno won a spot-kick which Cavanagh converted.
Five minutes later, a typically calm finish from Marc Williams made it three.
Jones thwarted Danny Brookwell before the black and whites added the icing on the cake when Cavanagh put away a second penalty in the 88th minute.

Josh Astley settled this game in Guilsfield’s favour with a dispute 43rd minute penalty at the Memorial Fields.
It was a case of too many missed chances for Ruthin, who had the opportunities to clinch the game comfortably.

Goalkeeper Rhys Williams was man of the match for visitors Gresford after making a series of fine saves to keep Chirk at bay.
The hosts struck the post early on, while Sam Spridgeon and Joshua Griffiths went close for Athletic in the first half.
Chirk were reduced to 10 men when Matty Williams was shown a red card midway through the second period for a tackle on Griffiths.
Gresford’s Nathan Williams threatened with a late strike from long range, but Mark Richards got down well to save.
