Last season’s Division One champions Llannerchymedd made a fine start to life in the Premier with three points secured by a 51st minute goal from Geth Davies.

Gwalchmai 2 Penrhyndeudraeth 1

Gwion Thomas and Connor Owen notched the goals which earned Gwalchmai a home triumph, Rob Daniels replying for Penrhyn.

Llanberis 1 Aberffraw 1

Osian Glyn put Llanberis ahead in the 15th minute, but Ieuan Lloyd earned Aberffraw a point with an equaliser after 22.

Llanrug United 0 Pwllheli 3

Louis McFarlane, Steffan Toplis and Carl Jones all found the net on a good opening day for Pwllheli at Eithin Duon.

Nefyn United 4 Pentraeth 0

Mark Dunn (2), Ifan Jones and Rhys Williams all struck in the second half to clinch an emphatic win for the Penwaig.

Bethesda Rovers 3 Bontnewydd 0

Goals from Iestyn Marlow, Osian Price and Rhun Morris made it a winning start to the campaign for Rovers.

Caergybi 3 CPD Cefni 1

Noted goal-getters Louis Chapman, James Ryan and Tom Hadley all found the net for hosts Caergybi, Luke Miles responding for Cefni.

Gaerwen 4 Llanystumdwy 6

Goals galore at Lon Groes with impressive new signing Alan Mark Owen striking twice for Gaerwen.

Unfortunately, it was not to be a winning experience for the hosts, whose other goals came via Morgan Davies and Osian Evans.

Llanystumdwy took the spoils thanks to Tomos Williams (2), Owen Pritchard, Rhodri Jones, Gruffudd Sion (pen) and Daniel Rhinds. The visitors led 5-2 at half time.

New signing Asa Thomas began his latest league campaign at Trearddur Bay in typical style with a hat-trick, which included a penalty.

Thomas, who joined Bay this summer after netting 58 times for tier 4 champions Bodedern last season, now has 587 career goals.

Justin Williams also scored twice for Trearddur, Nathaniel Evans and Wayne Thomas replying.

Mountain Rangers 1 Y Fali 1

Matthew Williams equalised nine minutes into added time to earn the visitors a point at Cae Gors.

Mountain thought they had it won when Aled Rice put them in front on 88 minutes.

Jack Halton was shown a red card for Y Fali on 80 minutes.

Arriva FC 0 Cemaes Bay 6

Matt Reynolds hit four for Cemaes in this big away success, Matty Roberts and Tom Wood also finding the target.
