Amlwch Town have one of the best defences in the North Wales Women’s League and Emily Ridges is a big part of that.
I was really impressed with Emily when 10-player Amlwch played at NFA recently. The Anglesey side lost 5-2 to the league runners-up but performed so well on the day.
It’s a pleasure to feature Emily in Female Football Focus.

Amazing, don’t think we could have done any better considering we were a new team at the beginning of the season
It depends on the game, some games I would be disappointed in my performance and some games I’d be happy. There’s always room for improvement which I hope to achieve in this next season.
