The first league matches in three weeks took place in the Rhyl and District Sunday League this weekend.
Tom Prince scored a dazzling hat-trick as Mally secured the win which keeps their title hopes alive.
The fourth-place Llandudno Junction side entertained Rhyl Wanderers knowing they have to keep winning for a chance to finish up champions.
Mally had plenty of early chances before a wonderful goal by Prince from fully 30 yards brilliantly found the top corner following a poor kick out from the visiting keeper.
More openings came and went for the home side and the scoreline remained 1-0 at half time.
Kyle Robb doubled Mally’s lead after the break with a goal his superb display deserved.
Wanderers halved the arrears when Luke Bradshaw swung a corner in and Carl Howard rose above everyone to nod home.
However, another thunderbolt from Prince made it 3-1 before Shaheen Ahmed added a fourth with a bullet header.
Wanderers carried on battling, carved out a few chances and Howard netted his second for 4-2.
Prince wrapped up the game up in the final minute with his hat-trick- a back post header.
Leaders Comrades overcame a slow start to wallop the Millbank and gain revenge for a 4-2 league defeat at Rhyl back in November.
Jamie Haggas, now the league top-scorer on 21, bagged a hat-trick and Joe Carey did the same, Harry Roberts and Kai Davies also on the mark.
Matt Toole (2) and Adam Randle replied for the outgunned visitors.
Andy Lee hit five goals for the Oak in a demolition job over the Bells.
Matty Rees and Paul Campion were also on target for Mark Dudley’s second-place side, who are just a point behind Conwy Comrades with a game in hand.
A cup-tie which was abandoned seven days earlier due to on-pitch unrest was completed at the second attempt.
Max Williams (2), Charlie Jones and Cory Young guided Y Clwb through to the final, Joel Rowlands (penalty) and Kelvin Berks responding for the hosts.
