BETHESDA ROVERS (TIER 5)

Dean Redmond (to Bethesda Rovers)

Bethesda Rovers’ seventh signing of the summer is a special one.
Dean Redmond may be joining a Tier 5 club for the 2026-27 season, but he has scored goals at a much higher level throughout his career.
In 2018-19, the striker nicknamed ‘Curls’ netted 39 times for Gwynedd League champions Menai Bridge Tigers, while in the shortened 2019-20 season, he finished top-scorer for Welsh Alliance club Bodedern Athletic with 18,
Writing about their newest signing, Bethesda Rovers said: “Curls needs no introduction; he’s got a career full of goals and silverware. The striker previously played for clubs such as Bodedern Athletic, Menai Bridge Tigers and Bethesda Athletic.
“After a serious injury back in April 2025 which saw him out of action for nearly a year he made his return for Bethesda Athletic on the 21st of March 2026.
“He has every attribute you’d want not just in a striker but in a team mate, his hard work, determination, ability to hold the ball up and his ability to find the net.”

Rovers other signings so far: Rhydian Owens, Jordan Pritchard, Kieran Williams, Leon Buckland, Zac Williams, Ben Parker.

CPD GAERWEN (TIER 4)

Tyler Mapp

Joint second top-scorer in North Wales Coast West Division One last season with 17 goals for CPD Cefni.
Also ex-Bethesda Athletic and CPD Pentraeth, the 25-year-old ‘s goalscoring record speaks for itself, but alongside his finishing ability, Tyler is a hardworking forward who constantly challenges defenders and contributes to the team’s overall play.

Dion Owen

Seventeen-year-old goalkeeper joins Gaerwen having previously represented Llangefni Town first team and Juniors, as well as Gaerwen Juniors. A young player with a great attitude and strong desire to improve, Dion has shown steady development over recent years and brings exciting potential for the future.

Llion Roberts

Lands at Gaerwen from Llangoed and District, who he joined in January 2025 and scored eight goals in his first five matches. Notched 17 goals in 25 appearances in total for the Puffins between January 2025 and the end of last season.
Had a spell at Gaerwen at the start of 2024-25 and before that spent a longer period at Llangoed.
A familiar name to many within the local football community, Llion will bring to Cae Rhosfain valuable experience and a strong understanding of the game, adding further quality and leadership to the Auctioneers squad.

Nathaniel Evans

Another capture for promoted Gaerwen from Llangoed and District.
Nathaniel will strengthen the Auctioneers’ defensive options ahead of the new season. A committed and reliable defender, he brings a strong work ethic and adds important depth to the squad.

BROUGHTON UNITED (TIER 3)

Ryan Davies

Ex-Greenfield and Rhydymwyn.
A brick wall of a defender with bags of experience, leadership qualities and ability

Kieron Day

Formerly with Greenfield, Mynydd Isa, CPD Caerwys and Rhydymwyn.
Has previous Tier 3 experience with Corwen.
A combative and energetic midfielder who is just as capable of delicate passes and mazy runs as he is with a last-ditch tackle.

Adam Phillips

Phillips links up with Broughton United’s Reserve side for the season having played for Caerwys, Saltney Town, Brymbo and Aston Park Rangers over the past few seasons.
Leadership, quality, and a brilliant attitude to go with it.

Jake Johnson

Defender with blistering pace, strength and bags of ability. Having played his youth football with TNS and Connah’s Quay Nomads, Jake went on to feature for Cefn Druids.

Jay Wiles

Started out with Rhyl FC Academy before spending five loyal seasons at Mynydd Isa, playing in 156 senior games and netting 56 goals.
A player Broughton have been after for a while, tricky attacker capable of playing multiple positions,
