RHYL AND DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE PREVIEWS – FEBRUARY 6

Bar Bow v Rhyl Wanderers
Y Clwb v Conwy Comrades
Millbank v Royal Oak
The Alex v Six Bells

Millbank v Royal Oak

Big game in the title race sees the Oak aim to repeat a 3-0 home league win over Millbank last October.

Millbank are unbeaten at home all season in league and cup and will be determined to maintain that impressive record.

Y Clwb v Conwy Comrades

Belting clash in prospect between another two teams eyeing up a challenge for the championship.

Glan Conwy-based Y Clwb beat Comrades 4-1 in the reverse fixture four months ago.

However, the Conwy team are in good form, and provided they do not have one of those off-days which have disrupted their season from time-to-time, they should push their opponents hard on Sunday.

Bar Bow v Rhyl Wanderers

Two teams in need of points.

Bow have lost four on the bounce since the turn of the year, conceding 19 goals.

However, in an earlier meeting between the pair at Wanderers this season, Bow triumphed 7-4.

The Alex v Six Bells

Can Bells bounce back in style from their heartbreaking Matty Perez Cup semi-final loss to Conwy Comrades last weekend?

The Rhyl side led 3-0 in that one before going down 4-3 in extra time.

Both Bells and Alex have produced some good results this term but tend to struggle for consistency.
