Llangefni Town 0 Guilsfield 3

Fifteen matches undefeated, nine points behind the leaders but with two games in hand – there is no sign of the Guilsfield express letting up.

Jamie Hyne (2) and a Iwan Matthews penalty clinched the points for the visitors at battling Llangefni.

Ruthin Town 2 Llanidloes Town 0

David Cox and Will Owen scored in this victory which moved in-form Ruthin up to fifth.

Connor Bird missed a penalty for Llanidloes.

Llandudno 2 Holyhead Hotspur 0

A red card after just four minutes for Hotspur’s Leon Doran put the visitors at a big disadvantage in this game.

Goals from Toby Jones on 48 and 67 minutes clinched the spoils for Llandudno.

Hotspur manager Darren Garmey said after the game: “Going down to 10 men so early killed us tonight but I am proud of the way the players reacted and worked tirelessly to stay in the game.

“The red card was unlucky on Leon’s behalf, it was so early in the game and he just mistimed what he thought was going to be a 50/50 tackle.

“Llandudno are a good side as were Airbus last week and when teams of that quality have the extra man against you it becomes a big task to get anything from the game”

“We were already missing 4 players going into the game but we were confident we could get a result nevertheless but football has a funny way of adding twists and turns in every game.

“We will dust ourselves down now, do a headcount in midweek and give it our all again next week against Guilsfield.”
