RHYL AND DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3 FIXTURES

Bar Bow v Y Clwb (The Res, Ffordd Derwen, Rhyl, 11 am)
The Millbank v FC Mally (Coronation Gardens, Rhyl, 11 am)
The Alex vs Royal Oak (The Oval, Llandudno, 11 am)
Six Bells v Conwy Comrades (Pengwern College, Rhuddlan 11 am)
Rhyl Wanderers have a bye this week.

Two teams which enjoyed excellent 5-2 wins in the Rhyl and District Sunday Football League last weekend face each other in the latest set of fixtures.

Six Bells and Conwy Comrades lock horns in a potential cracker at Pengwern College, Rhuddlan, this Sunday.

Last weekend saw Bells triumph 5-2 over Royal Oak, while Conwy won by the same score at Bar Bow.

Once again, Callum Parry – six goals in two games so far for the Comrades – will be a danger man.

Bar Bow will look to bounce back from last Sunday’s loss to Conwy when they welcome Glan Conwy side Y Clwb to Ffordd Derwen, Rhyl. Y Clwb will be making their first appearance of the season.

Coronation Gardens, Rhyl, will host The Millbank’s clash with FC Mally.

Past three-time quadruple winners Mally were surprise 5-2 home losers in the opener against The Alex, so they will be all out to make amends against a Millbank outfit which beat them in pre-season.

The Alex, such impressive winners at The Mally first time out, will target back-to-back victories when they host Royal Oak, losers of both their two league matches to date.
