Nefyn United sit top of the Premier Division on goal difference following Saturday’s thumping 8-1 away win at Pentraeth.

Dylan Sion Jones netted four times for the Penwaig, Llyr Williams, Carl Jones, Steve Jones and Deio Gwilym one apiece. Gethin Alston struck early for the outgunned home side.

Nathan Moore also hit four as Aberffraw overcame Menai Bridge Tigers 5-3, Lee Jones adding a single for the hosts.

Lewis Hughes, Kelvin Frazer and Kevin Roberts supplied the Tigers’ three goals.

Amlwch Town defeated Llanrug United 4-2 at Lon Bach.

Joshua Griffiths (2), Jordan Edney and Luke McGivern were the home hitmen, Carl Griffiths with both for Llanrug.

Daniel Williams and Jamie Baker (2) put Gaerwen 3-0 up against Glantraeth early in the second half before a Scott Hughes hat-trick rescued a 3-3 draw for the visitors.

High-flyers Pwllheli took the honours 2-1 at Mynydd Llandegai.

Robin Thomas and Jason Banks clinched the result for the Llyn side after Gavin Owen handed the hosts a half-time lead.

Louis Chapman notched all four goals as Caergybi came back from 1-0 down at half time to whip Holyhead Town 4-1.
Ian Williams had struck first to give the Harbourmen an interval lead, but ace marksman Chapman proved unstoppable after the break.

Bethesda Athletic maintained their fine form with a stunning 6-2 success at early pace-setters Talysarn Celts.

Joe Todd and Tomos Hughes both delivered doubles for Mark Hughes’ side, Noa Hughes and Kyle Hartleb also on target.

Jack Usher and Luke Baum hit back for the Celts.

Gwion Thomas (2), Deion Evans, James Burgess, Chris Bennett and Ben Hughes combined to deliver six of the best, Shaun Roberts with the Beganifs sole reply.

Llanfairpwll are level on points with Llannerchymedd after seeing off Bodorgan 3-1 at Maes Eilian, Marquis Holland (2) and Jay Finter for the hosts, Sam Hallas with a penalty for the visitors.

Matt Reynolds (3), Keenan Downey (2) and Matty Roberts combined to deliver Cemaes Bay a 6-0 victory at Llangoed and District.

Nathan Lewis (2) and Connor Roberts were goal heroes in CPD Cefni’s 3-0 beating of Bethesda Rovers.

And what would a weekend be without a hat-trick from Llanystumdwy’s goal machine Sion Parry.

The prolific Parry hit three in his team’s 4-1 pasting of Bontnewydd, Kyle Williams also on the mark for ‘Stumdwy, Rhys Lovell responding.
