For the second week running there was no separating these Division One rivals at full time.
Seven days earlier, the sides shared a 1-1 split at Brookfield Drive and the return resulted in an exciting 3-3 draw.
Cerrig took an early lead through Tirion Griffiths, but Scott Court levelled on the quarter hour.
Tomos Tryfan Jones made it 2-1 to the hosts, but Court struck again on 35 to restore parity.
Early in the second half, Chris King edged Rhos ahead for the first time, but Griffiths made it all-square just before the hour.
That was the end of the scoring but not the drama, as the home team’s Nidian Jones was red-carded on 72 minutes.
Early table-toppers Llandudno Amateurs were not at their best but still did enough to take All Stars’ unbeaten record at the Rhyl Leisure Centre pitch.
After missing a hatful of first-half chances the Amateurs, who were without a number of key players, got their rewards in the second period.
Five minutes in, the impressive Gaz Sharp scored his first goal in some time for the side.
And on 65 minutes Luke Nichols added a second.
Assists came from Mike Chapman and Sol Pita, while man of the match for the visitors was Sharp.
Three points for Y Glannau thanks to goals from Chris McQuillen and Joshua MacGillivray.
After some heavy early losses, it was a better day for Betws too, Shaun Davies with their goal.
