A six-goal thriller between these Holyhead sides ended all-square.
The Harbourmen started really well, Jenson Rowlands seeing his early header from a corner cleared.
Another corner on five minutes saw Jordan Rowlands head just wide.
The breakthrough was inevitable and it came from another Kaine Bentley corner. Josh Evans got his head to the ball and hit the back of the net.
The Harbourmen were dominating play, but just before the break Hotspur were level through a penalty for an adjudged handball.
In the 55th minute Hotspur pulled ahead via a second spot-kick, but just past the hour the Harbourmen were back on terms through Robert Thomas, who turned his defender brilliantly and fired in a shot which deflected over the goalkeeper.
Hotspur went ahead again in the 71st minute with a corner going straight in at the far post.
Town were still very much in the game and chances came and went until a burst down the left flank by Jordie Murphy saw him brought down inside the box for which the referee awarded a penalty. Murphy converted from the spot.
With their tails up the Harbourmen went for it, only a brilliant tip over from Hotspur’s young goalkeeper denying Town a winner.
Hotspur goals came from Cameron Eaton (2) and Ciaran Thompson.

A young Brymbo Lodge outfit could feel more than satisfied at securing a 5-5 draw in Tuesday’s friendly with the Albion.
Harrison Davies (2), Ethan Snell, Morgan Bagnall and Ben Peters shared the goals for a team with an average of 17, while Kai Morris (2), Leighton Kendrick (2) and Tom Miller provided the Cefn responses.

Danny Andrews bagged a hat-trick for the Wellmen in this local derby.
Luke Edwards, Dylan Allshorn, Mark Winslade and Ollie Buckley (2) made up the eight.

Niall Owen edged the visitors ahead on 18 minutes, but Dan Williams levelled after 34 at Cae Sling.
The game looked set for a draw until Cory Young grabbed the winner in the 89th minute.

Despite being pegged back to 2-2 in the second half, the Wingmakers produced a strong finish to record what was eventually an emphatic win.
Jamie Crowther’s header from an Owen Payne corner made it 1-0 at the break.

Brickfield hit back through an Andy Vale brace to draw level, but Airbus then took control, Nathan Brown, George Peers (2) and a trialist bringing up the half-dozen.
Penyffordd 3 Mynydd Isa Spartans 4
Aide Davies, Joe Robins, Joe Mitchell and James Blackwell were all on target for Mynydd Isa in a narrow victory at Penyffordd.
Sam Richardson equalised in the first half for Peny, while Marcus Davies pulled two back late in the game after the hosts went 4-1 down.

Carl Lamb set Rhyl on their way with a 20-yard screamer in the seventh minute.
The visitors hit the crossbar three times before Saints, who has started to make an impact on the game, equalised through Dylan Roche in the 40th minute.
Just before the break Tom Cain restored the away lead with a shot low into the bottom corner.
An own goal put Rhyl 3-1 up before James Williams cut the deficit on 57.
Both sides had chances after that, but it finished 3-2 to Gareth Thomas’ side.

Saturday’s friendly at Parc Meurig saw Pesda hit double figures.
Tomos Eames (4), Adrian Roberts (2), Kyle Hartleb (2), Tomos Hughes (2) and Keiren Bullock shared the home goals.
