Holyhead Hotspur manager Darren Garmey is delighted to have secured the services of striker Callum Parry for the rest of the season.
The 22-year-old arrives at the New Stadium on loan from fellow Cymru North club Colwyn Bay until the summer.
Parry has made seven appearances for the Bay since signing from Llanrwst United last January and scored his debut goal for the club in the 3-1 win over Llanfair United in February prior to the season being curtailed.
Before landing at the Bay, Parry had been in outstanding goal scoring form for Llanrwst last season with an amazing 32 in all competitions. He had netted two or more goals on 12 occasions including five hat-tricks.
Hotspur manager Garmey said: “We are pleased to bring Callum in and we are looking forward to working with him when we finally get started.
“We saw first hand last season what he is capable of and when the opportunity came up to sign him we could not get it done quick enough.”
Parry said he was excited at the prospect of joining the Holy Islanders, who were Welsh Alliance champions last season.
He scored four against Holyhead for Llanrwst in a cup tie, but the Rwsters ended up losing 5-4.
“I’m looking forward to a new challenge and can’t wait for the season to finally get going and meet up with the lads,” he said.
