Club training restart dates – new guidelines issued by FAW

As some North Wales football clubs return to training this week, the FAW has issued updated ‘stay safe’ advice.

Following a webinar on Monday night, the FAW and FAW Trust released guidance on how these changes will be implemented and established a range of resources to support clubs and individuals in the first phase of Returning to Training.

The FAW welcomed the message from Welsh Government that ‘low-contact’ sport for groups of up-to 30 outdoors can resume from Monday, 13 July.

The national body continues to work with Welsh Government and Sport Wales to develop a phased approach for the return of football in Wales.

You need to ensure you are properly prepared to train in line with these guidelines.
