While Steve Whittaker of Cemaes Bay now has a five-goal lead in the Bob Brodie Trophy, a few other players boosted their totals at the weekend.

Ryan Rowlands of Amlwch Town and Bro Goronwy’s Jac Thomas edged up to joint third on 16 goals each after netting one and two respectively.

Robert Jones of Holyhead Hotspur and Dean Redmond of Bodedern Athletic both kept up their high level of net-finding by moving up to 13 goals apiece.

And a double from Tom Hadley of Trearddur Bay Bulls lifted him to 12.

Still leading the way, however, is Whittaker, whose tally rose to 23 after his double for Cemaes in a 9-2 beating of Llandegfan.
