The draw of all draws has come out of the hat for the second qualifying round of the JD Welsh Cup.
Holyhead Hotspur have landed a home tie against Holyhead Town in what is believed will be the first-ever competitive match between the clubs.
Hotspur are currently flying high in Welsh Alliance Division One, with Town doing the same in Division Two.
While Town have an illustrious history stretching back many decades, their more recent fortunes have been mixed, success combined with periods of disbansion but the club is back on the up having won both the Anglesey and Gwynedd Leagues in the past four seasons.
Hotspur were formed as recently as 1990 but have reached the heights of the Cymru Alliance, where they finished second in 2008-09. They were relegated to the Welsh Alliance this season, but have began the campaign in fine form.
Elsewhere, Bangor 1876 will be home to Welsh Alliance Division One side Penrhyndeudraeth, while opening round giant-killers Llanfairfechan Town face a tough trip to Llanrug United.
Ties will be played on Saturday, September 28.
