Llanberis advanced to the Premier Division cup final where either Glantraeth or Llanrug United awaits.
Undefeated in 15 matches, Trearddur Bay went into Friday night’s semi with ambitions of a league and cup double still very much alive.
However, it was not to be for an Anglesey side already crowned Premier champions and unbeaten in 27 league outings.
Ifan Mansoor netted in the 14th minute to give the Darans a 1-0 half time lead.
Mansoor added his second on 63, and although Tom Scott pulled one back for Bay 75, it was the hosts who advanced to the final.

The New Saints Reserves 3 Llandudno Under-23s 2

Leighton Brewer’s 80th minute decider clinched the cup for TNS after Llandudno had fought back from two-down to draw level at Maes Tegid.
Goals from Ben Richards and Caleb Afful on seven and 22 minutes respectively put Saints in command at the break.
But Tudno rallied with two goals in five minutes soon after the restart, Freddie Banning and Cieran Williams on target.
It was now anybody’s game, but Brewer’s late strike sealed it.

FAW Reserve League North Tier 1-2

Buckley Town Reserves 7 Holywell Town Development 5

After going 19 games without a point, Buckley’s flying end to the season brought them a third successive victory.
And it was no ordinary win at The Globe, Bucks coming out on top in an 12-goal thriller against local rivals Holywell.
Liam Driscoll, James Johnson and Adam Smith put the hosts three-up, Harvey Birch and Marc Davies hit back for the Wellmen, but Buckley first team manager Asa Hamilton made it 4-2 by half time.
Holywell fought back brilliantly after the turnaround, goals from sub Harrison Doleman (2) and Davies edging the visitors 5-4 up before the hour.
Back came Bucks, goals on 62 and 66 from Driscoll and Smith respectively making it 6-5 in their
favour before sub Evan Lowry completed the scoring on 84.

North East Wales League Premier Division

Corwen 5 Penyffordd Lions 3

Owen Cordiner clinched the Premier Division’s Golden Boot with his 27th league goal of the season in champions Corwen’s winning farewell to the North East Wales League.
Cordiner struck first for the title-winners in just the second minute with what was also his 39th goal in all competitions this term.
Harry Brown and Matthew Holmes replied to give Penyffordd a 2-1 half time lead, then Marcus Davies made it 3-1 on 52 minutes, but after that Corwen showed the form of champions.
Henry Evans and Les Brophy netted in quick succession to tie the scores. then Alex Webster and Scott Evans added further goals before the end.

North Wales Coast West League Division One

Llanystumdwy 1 Bontnewydd 3

Bontnewydd finished the 2023-24 season as invincible champions after ending the campaign with an impressive victory at runners-up Llanystumdwy.
Cai Penny Williams, Luke Phillips’ 18th goal of the season and Shaun Roberts saw Simon Jones’ men to victory, Owen Pritchard responding for the hosts.

Mountain Rangers 4 Llanfairpwll 4

A mad rush of goals in the closing minutes ensured a final score of 4-4 at Cae Gros.
Alan Owen, a Dafydd Evans own goal, plus late strikes from Llion Roberts and Dion Jones made up the Rangers tally, Aron Jones, Carwyn Roberts, Morgan Jones and Dei Thomas (penalty) responding for Llanfair. Aron Jones also missed a spot-kick for the visitors.
