Flint Town United strengthen squad with two more quality signings

New Flint signing Beth Davies

Two new signings have been announced by Flint Town United Ladies.

Joining the Adran North team for the 2026-27 season are Beth Davies from Whitchurch Alport and Bella Riley from Wrexham AFC.

Left-back Davies, 29, spent last season at Whitchurch of the West Midlands Women’s Regional League and in 2024-25 represented Nantwich Town, who were then in the Cheshire Women’s and Youth League.

Between 2021-22 and 2023-24, Davies played for Airbus UK Broughton, making 49 appearances for the team.

Flint head coach Becca Eagles said: “Beth joins us having previously represented Nantwich and Whitchurch, bringing a wealth of experience to the squad alongside her excellent leadership qualities.

“I’m really looking forward to working with Beth this season and seeing the experience and character she brings to the team.

“Another fantastic addition to the squad.”

Left winger Riley has spent the past two seasons with Wrexham Under-19s, making 26 appearances and scoring seven goals.

She formerly represented Chirk Youth Under-13s and U15s, as well as Cefn Albion Youth U14s.

Eagles added: “Bella joins us from Wrexham and is an exciting young player who brings plenty of pace, versatility and attacking threat to the squad.”We’re really excited to see Bella in a Flint shirt this upcoming season.”
