Forton pushed hard for the win and at 153-7 looked set to get it, but they lost their last three wickets for five runs and the visitors celebrated a fine result.

Swarbrick grabbed a season’s best 6-28 off 13.4, including those all-important three late wickets, Muhammad Wali Ahmadzai notching 2-23 and Nitish Sharma 2-36.
