North Wales women’s all-time club XIs: No 12 – NFA

NFA WOMEN ALL-TIME X1
Yasmin Mills

One of the bravest and bestest goalkeepers I’ve seen compete in North Wales women’s football.
Before she joined NFA, where she stood out in the club’s 2021-22 debut season, she was a star for Rhyl in the Welsh Premier League. Made a welcome return for Kinmel Bay’s recreational side last term.
Amy Webster

Extremely loyal player who has been with NFA since the start in 2021-22.
With 48 goals in 74 appearances for the club, most of her top performances have come as a striker, but she can also do a solid job as a keeper, but I am picking her in this team as a defender as when I’ve watched her play at the back, she’s been different class.
Jessica Mills

Rapid left-back who can also operate in a more advanced role. Much of the time, such is her pace up and down the flanks, she might be best described as a wing-back.
Made 55 first team appearances and notched 14 goals for NFA between 2021-22 and 2023-24.
Has since moved on to Rhyl 1879 and Llandudno.
Georgia Williams

Joined NFA in 2023-24 and has been a fantastic leader of the side, providing real quality both at the back and in midfield when needed.
This talented player represented Wales Under-17s in 2012-13 alongside top-class North Wales players such as Louisha Doran, Emilie Revitt, Kelsey Davies and Olivia Fuller, and played club football for Tranmere Rovers,
Returned to football with NFA and has 54 appearances and four goals on her record.
Chloe Evans

Hard-working and committed defender who has made 67 first team appearances for NFA since joining the club at the very start back in 2021-22.
Apart from spells at CPD Y Rhyl 1879 in 2023-24 and 2024-25, Chloe has played all of her senior football at NFA.
Has good pace, is strong in the tackle and very reliable.
Molly Brown

Magic Molly started out with NFA Under-16s before scoring on her senior debut for the first team in a 3-1 win at Amlwch Town on September 26, 2021.
Still just 21, she has made 55 appearances for NFA’s first team and registered five goals.
Always gives 100 per cent and adds zip to the attack with her strong bursts from midfield.
Rachel Lloyd

Former NFA captain who last played for the club in 2021-22 but will always be celebrated as one of their finest players.
Midfield maestro with tremendous passing ability and a fierce shot, Rachel scored in NFA’s very first match, a 6-2 home defeat against Bangor 1876 in September 2021.
In all, she netted eight goals in 18 matches for NFA.
Also well known as a stand out player for Rhyl in their Welsh Premier days. Won the Under-16 Welsh Cup with the all-star Prestatyn Girls side of 2014-15.
Later joined Chester FC Women in the English pyramid.
Stella Windsor

What a great player this youngster was for NFA in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons.
In the first North Wales Women’s League campaign, she netted 11 goals in 13 appearances and the following term Windsor bagged nine times in 15 outings.
Really exciting player going forward, superb with the ball at her feet, going past defenders, a real shining star.
Sade Benjamin

Scored on her debut for NFA in September 2021 in a 6-2 home loss to Bangor 1876 – and she has been a prolific net-finder ever since.
Named after the famous jazz-pop singer, Sade is NFA’s all-time top markswoman with 62 goals in 67 appearances.
She hit 50 goals in 46 outings in her first spell in 2021-22 and 2022-23 before joining Rhyl 1879 in 2023-24 and part of 2024-25 – scoring 18 times – then briefly moving onto Llandudno.
Returned to NFA last season and hit 12 goals in 21 matches. Deadly finisher.
Emily Jones

Former Wales Under-17 and Under-19 international who made waves with Rhyl in her early senior days before switching to NFA in 2021-22.
Was outstanding as a striker for the Ffordd Derwen side, scoring 32 goals in 32 matches across two seasons before joining the English pyramid.
Natural finisher with a wonderful skill set.
Loz Jones

Loz Jones is an outstanding goalkeeper, a magnificent shot-saver.
She made a name for herself at Rhyl 1879 as a fantastic gloveswoman.
So why does she make this NFA side as a striker?
One outstanding season, 2025-26, that’s why. During this campaign in the North Wales Coast League, Loz displayed her untapped talent as a front player and goal-getter.
She scored a brilliant 14 goals in 17 matches, including two in a 4-2 league cup final loss to Pwllheli.
After what she showed last season, what is her future position?
