Bangor City 1876 Women have signed right-winger Ellie Sian Jones from CPDM Y Felinheli.
The 22-year-old is a highly-rated performer who has represented Ynys Môn in the last two Island Games.
Jones has spent the last two seasons with Felinheli, making 37 appearances and netting seven goals.
She was part of the Felin sides which won the NEWFA Women’s Challenge Cup in 2024-25 as well as the NWCFA Challenge Cup last term.
Starting off with Llangefni Girls, Jones emerged as an under-16 star at Felinheli (then known as Bethel) in 2019-20.
She joined Amlwch Town in March 2022 and went on to score a tremendous 33 goals in 46 league and cup appearances for the islanders, including three hat-tricks.
In 2022-23, she netted 16 times in 20 outings for Amlwch in the North Wales Women’s League
Jones made the Ynys Môn squad which impressed at both the 2023 Island Games in Guernsey and Orkney last year. She scored in both tournaments.
The speed merchant was recently named in the Ynys Môn party which will play in next month’s Isle of Man mini-tournament.
