Skipper Louis Parry scored a maiden first team century as he guided his Buckley side to a six-wicket victory at Ty Newydd.
Hosts Bangor seconds won the toss and elected to bat, posting 210-5 off 45 overs, Peter Jones making 41 not out, Idrees Ijaz 41 and Sohaib Khan 35, with Harry Sprowell 2-32 and Adam Shaw 2-49 for the visitors.
Buckley openers Parry and Rob Loader put on 97, the latter departing for 32.
However, Parry was immovable, his 103 not out including 14 fours as the Flintshire side reached 211-4 off 41.5, Khan 2-37 for the hosts.
Parry’s career best is 110, but that was for the 3rd XI in 2012. His knock last Saturday was by far his best for the firsts, overshadowing his previous highest 59.
All-rounder Nathan Roett continued his flying start to the season for Halkyn by top-scoring with 93 not out and claiming best bowling of 3-40 in a runs-fest at Parc Villa.
The visitors opted to bat first and piled up 259-6 off 45, Roett’s innings compiled off 83 balls and including 10 fours and two sixes.
The West Indian, who made a career best 138 the previous week, put on 128 for the fifth-wicket with Callum Ferguson (52), while Hammad Bajwa added a useful 39 not out.
Marlyn Gamage scooped 3-38 for Pesda, who batted well in reply but fell short on 232-9.
Opener Matthew Harrington made 71, Harry Devine 43 and Ben Parker 37, Roett’s three-for well backed by Ben Roberts’ 3-45 as Halkyn took the points 18-8.
Pontblyddyn made the most of being put into bat when they amassed 278-4 at Connah’s Quay.
The top four all shone for Pont, Vishwa Manawaduge the star turn in cracking 89 off just 41 balls including seven boundaries and six sixes.
Opener Ansh Joshi hit 66, Richard Davies 58 and Cayo Jones 32, Quay’s attack generally taking an all-round pounding.

Tom Crewe then snared a superb 5-35 and Mohammadi Gul 2-37 as the Wrexham-area team dismissed the Castlemen for 195, skipper Jonathon Davies 54 and opener Harrison Hudson, who began the campaign with successive tons, this time making 32.
Gresford won by 46 runs and 18-6 on points.
While most Division One games comprised big totals, it was a lower-scoring affair by comparison at Mochdre, where the seconds entertained Llandudno’s first XI.
The hosts decided batting first was how they wanted to go, but they finished up all out for a modest 126, Tom Thornton 3-15, Sean McFarlane 3-17 and Oliver Hughes 3-34 for Tudno.
In reply, Llandudno struggled to reach the winning post, getting there for the loss of eight wickets, McFarlane topping the chart with 31.
Kyle Brown took 4-29 and Stewart Williams 2-21 for the hosts, who had the opposition on the back-foot at 102-8.
It needed some good lower-order play from Lucas Hughes (17 no) and Ranjith Thozhuthingal (13 no) to see the short-distance travellers home.
Skipper Thomas Hughes (65), Darren Williams (42) and Paul Lindfield (32) did most to ensure Northop seconds could set a challenging 229-9, Lewis Tolond collecting 4-33 and Ajith Balakrishnan 3-63 for the visitors.
Northop’s star bowler was Joe Griffiths with 5-27, while Williams snapped up 3-37 and Tom Sudder pocketed 2-27 as Abergele were dismissed for 187, Ben Garnett 66, Luke Holmes and Edward Rooney both making 40.
Supun Eranga led the way with 65, while skipper Ben Sim notched 39 as Carmel set a decent effort of 178-9 off 40 overs at Pen-y-Gelli.
Tomos Rhys gathered 3-8, Aled Edwards 3-28 and Jamie Beale 2-36 for Brymbo seconds, who inserted the hosts after calling the coin face correctly.
The Steelmen could only muster 101 all out in response, Amer Jamil the main damage causer with 5-39, Jagath Magulagama 2-8 and Nilanka De Silva 2-16 for the winning side.
Visitors Llanrwst chose to bat and were blown away for just 64 in 24.4 overs, Jordan Williams 4-24 and Steff Lloyd 3-5 for Corwen, who eased to 65-1 in only 7.5, Harry Pooler 34 no.

Ankush Upadhyaya took 4-4, David North 2-11 and Russell Moore 2-12 for Saints, who had put their opponents in, and then cruised to victory on 42-1 off just 5.5 overs.
Skipper Andrew Wannop played a key role with bat and ball in Menai Bridge seconds’ narrow win at Gwersyllt.
Wannop top-scored with 37 not out as the Bridge concocted 141-7 off 40 after being invited to bat, Michael Griffiths banking 2-14 and Owais Saeed 2-21 for the hosts, who were then sent packing for 123, Hari James Williams 3-6 off seven, Liam Bibby 3-21 and Wannop 2-25.
Muhammad Ghufran struck an impressive 69 off 57 balls for the hosts – hitting eight fours and three sixes in his team’s testing total of 203-8.
George Forgrave added 44 and Sam Heard Edwards 30 for Marchwiel, who elected to bat, Finlay Rooke Hart an impressive 3-13 off eight for the visitors, Joe Threlfall 2-25.
Denbigh seconds were all back in the hutch for 140, opener and skipper Dan Nixon 47, Charlie Gooding 2-16, Forgrave and Ghufran 2-23 for the winning home team.
Deciding to bat, Pwllheli’s score of 215-9 off 40 was the highest of the day in Division Two.

Opener Monis Altaf’s key innings of 53 and a more than useful 35 from Huw Erddyn Davies helped Caernarfon set a winning total of 147-9 at Pant Newydd.
Gareth Thomas snapped up 3-15, Sam Hamilton 3-16 and Josh Edwards 2-33 for Halkyn seconds, who were dismissed for 114, Shafas Shamsudheen 3-25, Altaf 2-12 and Matthew Duckworth 2-35.
Craig Roberts (4-9), Gruffudd Edwards (3-5) and Keith Embleton (3-24) all bowled well as Ruthin were blasted away for a mediocre 52, then Mold seconds coasted to 56-0 in 12.4, Roberts 36 not out with eight fours.
Richie Parry (54) and Kevin Evans (32) did most to ensure Bethesda posted a good total of 198 all out, Daz Wilcock 4-38 and Sam Andrews 2-23 for the hosts, who were restricted to 140 in reply, Sushant Thapa 3-16 and Richard Lee Williams 2-39 for the successful travellers.
Close call at Castle Park, but Bala shaded the outcome by 13 runs.
Jack White shone brightest with 34 as the Lakesiders set 144 all out, Anthony Morris 4-28 and Sebastian Oddie 3-12 for the visitors, who were then kept down to 131-8 when the overs ran out.

The home batting, however, was nowhere near as steady as they plummeted to the day’s lowest total of 26, 2,000+ career wicket man Dafydd Timorhy proving he still possesses the magic with 4-8 off eight, Benjamin Davies bagging 3-0.

Pwllheli made it a Saturday double when the seconds triumphed by four wickets in the Vale of Clwyd.
The hosts set a decent 157-6 off 40, Tom Kneale 61 and Ieuan Wynne Lewis 31, Neil Murray-Williams 2-14 for the visitors, who got home on 159-5 from 31.4, opener Ioan Morgan the true stand out figure with 87 not out, Rob James 2-29 for the hosts.
